When you start, your coach will build a customized fitness plan based on your assessment. Simply come in during open hours—no appointments, no stress. Do I have to schedule personal training sessions in advance?
No—you enjoy a flexible gym schedule. Just arrive during staffed hours (Sunday: 7–11am; Monday–Thursday: 5–10am and 4–7pm) and train on your own time with your coach's personalized plan.
Is nutrition guidance included with personal training?
Yes, every personal training plan includes nutrition coaching our members trust for lasting results.
Can beginners join personal training at Correct Cue?
Absolutely. Our staff works with all experience levels. Because your plan is tailored to your individual needs, we can have beginners and advanced members in house at the same time without stepping service down for one or the other.
How does billing work for personal training?
Your membership is billed every two weeks. Payments come out on Mondays.
